Advertising Terms and Conditions
1. All advertisements are subject to the approval of the owner of GoTruckLoad.com
(“GoTruckLoad”).
2. “GoTruckLoad” shall
have the right to insert the advertising in various areas of the “GoTruckLoad” web
site at its discretion. In the event that the specific advertising area/space/time is unavailable, “GoTruckLoad” reserves the right to provide advertising of equal or comparable value.
3. “GoTruckLoad” is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any advertising materials
provided by the advertiser.
4. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and save “GoTruckLoad”,
its officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from and against any
and all claims, suits, losses and/or expenses arising out of any aspects of the
content and/or the appearance of such advertisement(s) on www.GoTruckLoad.com, those
arising from claims or suits for defamation, copyright or trademark infringement,
misappropriation, violation of the right of privacy act.
5. “GoTruckLoad” shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any system
or internet failure of the GoTruckLoad.com web site.
6. “GoTruckLoad” has the right to book any advertiser including advertiser’s competitor.

7. Advertiser cannot resell ads or allow other parties to use the ad space without
“GoTruckLoad”’s permission.
8. Advertiser is solely responsible for all claims made in its ad and warrants that their advertisements will not violate any applicable
law, regulation or third party right, rights of privacy, or advertising laws
9. “GoTruckLoad” reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising and/or
linkage to an advertiser's site on the Web for any reason at any time.
10. “GoTruckLoad” does not guaranty any minimum circulation or exposure of the advertised
material.
11. “GoTruckLoad” reserves the right to modify the advertising structure or layout
at any time. In this event, advertisers will have the option to purchase advertising
in the new structure/ layout at the new pricing or may
be refunded without penalty.
12. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Contract can be cancelled in writing within
2 business days of the contract signature. A cancellation fee of $30 per month will
be deducted from the amount refunded.
13. This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec,
Canada.
